And about the RegistryEasy program, using vista I've had some problems
with Vista taking up to much space and memory usage. I had task managers
up before and after using this program looking at my CPU usage and memory.
My CPU usage went from a constant 13% to 3% and my memory went from 1.43GB
to 1.13GB. This program checks more things then most system clean ups and
gives a resuly 10x more effective then optimizing my computer.

RegistryEasy really works well for me. I just ran it on my Lenovo running
Windows Vista Home Premium. It worked without a hitch. It even caught a lot
that my other free registry missed. I am very happy with this application.

Thanks for the education on the empty registry keys...I de-selected them
and it got everything repaired with one scan. Overall, my laptop is much
better behaved now and does run faster, so I am very happy. An added bonus,
my "system restore" had stopped working. I turned it on and off several
times to no avail. After running registryeasy, system restore is back alive!

This program has a single interface window, laid out in clean, uncluttered
fashion. It incorporates a number of additional functions over and above
registry cleaning. These 12 Advanced Options include IE repairs, ActiveX
blocking, memory optimization, system restore, disc cleaner, error repair
util, and so on.The program has a small footprint for installation and
memory usage. It downloaded and installed without a problem, registration
was fast and easy.Yes there are several other regcleaner utils out and
around, but this one is well-rounded with all the additional features it
includes and for that I give it a positive endorsement. I used a number
of the Advanced Utils just to get a feel for the program, it seems to work
reasonably quickly when running the various system checks. Nicely coded,
small and still able to be flexible.
